Electrophoretic coating includes cathodic electrophoretic coating and anodic electrophoretic coating . Characteristics of electrophoretic coating:

Electrophoretic coating has good penetrability, uniform film formation, high adhesion, strong rust resistance, and the salt spray resistance of cathodic electrophoretic coating is more than 1000 hours.
With 20 μ m film degree, electrophoresis time is about 3 minutes, bath temperature is 28 ~ 30 ℃.
