Electrophoretic coating  includes cathodic electrophoretic coating  and anodic electrophoretic coating . Cation electrophoretic coating is used for cathodic electrophoretic coating and anion electrophoretic coating is used for anode electrophoretic coating. Under the action of electric field, the charged colloidal particles swim and deposit on the coating, and the coating film is a semi permeable membrane. Under the continuous action of electric field, the water contained in the coating film will permeate out and form a dense coating, which is the process of electrophoretic coating by chemical physical action. Electrophoretic coating is now widely used in automotive industry, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, building materials, home appliances and other fields.

Characteristics of electrophoretic coating:

Electrophoretic coating completely dissolves water, and its viscosity is similar to that of water, so it is easy to penetrate into the inner cavity and gap of the coating.

The electrophoretic coating with water as diluent has low VOC and no fire risk.

After electrophoresis, UF solution and RO circulating water are used for cleaning to achieve full closed water washing and greatly reduce the wastewater treatment capacity. The effective utilization rate of the coating can be higher than 98%.

Electrophoretic coating has good penetrability, uniform film formation, high adhesion, strong rust resistance, and the salt spray resistance of cathodic electrophoretic coating is more than 1000 hours.

With 20 μ m film degree, electrophoresis time is about 3 minutes, bath temperature is 28 ~ 30 ℃.
