1. Zeolite concentration + direct-fired incineration system, which is suitable for large air volume and low concentration organic waste gas smelting, and is now widely used in spraying waste gas treatment, the best choice for safety, energy saving and environmental protection. The system mainly consists of pretreatment system, zeolite concentration runner, combustion type incinerator, fan, chimney, etc.
2. Activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion system is most suitable for low-concentration organic waste gas that is not suitable for direct combustion or catalytic combustion, especially for large air volume treatment sites, which can obtain satisfactory economic and social benefits.
3. Catalytic combustion system: Organic waste gas is oxidized through a catalyst at a certain temperature (250-400°C) to generate carbon dioxide and water to achieve the purpose of exhaust gas purification. It is widely used in various places where organic waste gas is generated such as painting, electronics, printing, etc. It can be used directly with various drying ovens, tunnel kilns and other baking equipment. It can effectively eliminate various organic gases such as benzene, phenol, aldehyde, ester, etc., and the purification efficiency is greater than 97%.
4. Direct-fired incineration system: It is suitable for the treatment of various organic pollutants, such as highly viscous organic pollutants, and catalyst poisoning pollutants caused by catalytic combustion (especially organic pollutants produced by cathodic electrophoresis or high viscosity Molecular organic matter). Direct-fired waste gas incinerators are mainly used for the purification of triphenyl, phenol, aldehydes, fats, ketones and other harmful waste gas produced in automobile manufacturing, chemical plastics, coating and other industries by direct combustion to meet environmental protection requirements.
